Shipping and Returns

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after payment is received. They are sent via MONDIAL RELAY with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Packages can also be shipped via COLISSIMO and other international carriers. When our products come from foreign suppliers, delivery times may vary depending on the country of origin. We recommend that you contact us before choosing this shipping method, as it may incur additional costs. Regardless of the chosen shipping method, you can track your package status in your customer area on our website.

Shipping Your Package

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as transportation costs. Preparation costs are fixed, while transportation costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separately placed orders, so shipping fees will apply to each one. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.

The box dimensions are appropriate, and your items are properly protected. OKKO MODE is committed to delivering your package as quickly as possible.
